The Roofing experiance is a great company to work with, Edgar will 100% do what ever it takes to make sure youre Roofing experiance a good one. His crews are true craftsman and respectful of youre home. The reason I chose the Roofing Experiance is that I was able to see the work he did on a neighboring property , the roof replacement he did looked great , and the way his crew conducted themselves was admirable . My husband and I bought a house that unfortunately had a damaged, leaking roof with poorly installed gutters, which led to extensive mold damage. Our mold remediation company recommended Edgar and The Roofing Experience for the reroof. Since the mold company deals with the consequences of poorly installed roofs every day, we took that recommendation very seriously.

Our roof was a complicated replacement. It still had the original cedar shakes beneath two layers of asphalt shingles, all over skip sheathing with no solid decking, so everything had to be torn off and rebuilt. We also had two crumbling chimneys that needed to be removed. We got several quotes, and Edgar’s was significantly less expensive than the other top-quality bids, with an excellent warranty, and confidence that he and his crew knew what they were doing. He took the time to listen to all of our concerns, walked us through the options, and explained the reasoning behind each recommendation without ever making us feel pressured.

One thing that really stood out was that Edgar's crew are all W-2 employees rather than whichever subcontractors happen to be available that week. That gave us a lot of confidence that the quality of the installation would be consistent, and the crew absolutely lived up to that expectation. They were professional, courteous, and handled the unexpected discovery of a family of SIX RACCOONS living in one of the chimneys with good judgment and a positive attitude.

Our neighbors, who are not easily impressed, even commented on how professional the crew was. They took care to protect the property, did a thorough nail sweep that even included our neighbors' yard, and left the job site clean every day.

Edgar also went above and beyond in small ways that made a big difference. He left the dumpster for an extra weekend so we could dispose of insulation my husband was removing from the attic, which saved us a tremendous amount of hassle. He also left us with gutter color samples so we could take our time choosing a color that we liked because he understood this was a long-term investment.

I highly recommend Edgar and The Roofing Experience. They delivered excellent workmanship, honest communication, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service from start to finish. We now have peace of mind knowing that our roof was done right and will last for decades.

My realtor recommended Edgar and I’m so happy she did. We talked to many roofing companies in the area, but I felt Edgar was the best man for this job. Edgar and his team did such an amazing job on my house roof + detached unit roof as well! He’s super knowledgeable and loves to educate you on what you’re getting. Him and his team were working on our house within 2 weeks of signing our contract, were super clean and professional, and done within 2 days!
